Kondai Lip

Nestled in an idyllic location partially surrounded by water, in Kondai Lip one can experience the rustic life of the backwater regions of Kerala. Traditional wooden houses more than 100 years old were taken apart and reassembled using principles of Vastu Shastra and linked with modern amenities. LOCATION
The Kondai Lip lies at the southern end of Cochin and northern end of Alappuzha district, thus enabling the tourists to visit the cities of Cochin as well as Alappuzha. Fort Kochin is only 18 km away from the resort whereas Alappuzha has always been a tourist’s delight with the zig zag backwaters running through its area. The resort is situated at the distance of 50 km from the Cochin International Airport whereas the city of Alappuzha is situated 35 km away.
